Look at the numbers, less then 10% of New Yorkers vote in a city of nearly 9 million! Reep what you sow! GENTRIFICATION IS THE DOWNFALL OF NYC! And crooked politicians love it and cator to them for votes.
What about Amazon they took over the top where Kmart and Toys R us were? And Metro Mall where BJs is under renovation. I read Burlington is going there too.
That lot that is there over the years I heard they wanted to build a bank there at one time but it never happened.
Once upon a time, before Metro Mall was built, it was supposed to be housing projects. We fought, we won, hence it's currently Metro Mall. We all need to stick together and FIGHT!
I fought against this in 1967 , there was still a Western Electric plant standing, demonstrated at NYC city hall, spoke before the city council, they said it would never happen!
If it is to be rezoned why is the place where BJs is being renovated?
