QNS and Middle Village Residents Association President Paul Pogozelski both publicly announced that St. Saviour’s now exists as “moldy piles of wood” that are “rotting away” but that is far from the truth. The people who were actually involved in this effort as well as the preservation organization that funded its dismantling confirmed this week that it is not a “rotting relic” as claimed. News report from March 27, 2017 (the 325th anniversary of Maspeth's founding) which explained the effort to rebuild St. Saviour's Church. This was filmed the day it was moved from Galasso's property to All FaiRobert Holden, Robert Holden took office as council member.
Then in 2019, this happened: nypost.com/2019/09/03/grave-robbers-stole-money-from-non-profit-cemetery-ag-suit/

Did they ever rebuild it

Does anybody remember the little racetrack they had for the kids gas powered cars?

GTI donated those trailers permanently. They went out of business a few years ago.

Hoping it goes back up. Would be beautiful im sure.
