Improving NYC: New NYPD unit will address quality-of-life issues New Yorkers face every day
www.amny.com
The NYPD has a new division that will tackle quality-of-life issues in NYC, such as illegal parking, outdoor drug use and more.It worked under Bratton you need the laws to change for it to fully work. Under this pro criminal DA good luck
Not the cops They do their job It’s the DA need to enforce
Hope so

Looks like the end of softball, concerts and events on the blacktop at Juniper Valley Park and the introduction of adult fitness equipment and bike paths for kids, along with new basketball and pickle... See MoreSee Less
Please move the concerts to the grassy area , really enjoy these during the summer
They’re getting rid of the hand ball courts?!?
Who makes these choices?
Summer concerts are officially done or moved to another spot in park?
Are they repairing the tennis courts?
Pickle ball was put in Principe park and heavily used all the time. Way more than softball.
Why , just while work is being done ? I’m sure concerts can find another spot on our park .
No concerts , well that’s just sad :(
The concerts were the only thing left that this neighborhood had. It brought people together and had something to look forward to. Soooo Sad This confirms our plans to move
Of course they'll break ground and it will sit stagnant for years just like the track and field did. Why not just move the basketball courts as you have them in new design and leave open area for the free play and concerts? This design is taking away the enjoyment to listen to music during summer nights and catch up with your neighbors at these events. Really should be a vote in the design by the people of Middle Village not a selected few.
It is very nice. Although I will be sad to see that area go, it def needs an overhaul
wow nice still waiting for Maurice park aka Frank Principe park to get done wondering what happen to the money allocated to the park i def want answers . Park don’t even have swings for kids over 6 years old !!!!’
THATS SAD NO MORE CONCERTS.More stuff for people to ruin.
Where are the pickle ball courts going
I see 3 pickle courts so that's cool but losing that nice spot for softball. Watch the city try to charge for them soon. All the circles (trees) are a little baffling.
This is a major capital project. Tradition and history within Parks Capital planners- you can kiss your invaluable parkland shade trees good bye.
Terrible
