I trust everyone enjoyed the summer season. JPCA was proud to co-sponsor our popular concert series, which was attended by many even with the weather glitches we had. Weโ€™re heading into fall now and have a very important election for governor. Please make sure to turn out! We get the representation we deserve and if you donโ€™t make it out to the polls or mail in your vote, you will most likely regret it. Also, please remember that all residents of 1-9-family homes are now required to use the NYC Bin for regular trash. Make sure you do, or you may receive a fine. It is the 25th anniversary of 9/11, and we at the civic have not forgotten. This issueโ€™s cover pays homage to those lost. And thank you to all our members โ€” you make the civic and our community what it is. Our next meeting is September 17. I look forward to seeing you there.
