At the home of Frank Mugnio, at Charles and High Streets, Maspeth, they are now celebrating the arrival of the twenty-first child. It is a girl. Around the family table now, when the family gathers, there are Anna, Mamie, Mildred, James, Anthony, Mary, Helen, Margaret, Francis, Dominick, Lena, Philomena and Frank.

There were two sets of twins. Helen and Margaret are living. Seven children have died. The oldest daughter Anna, is married.There is quite a family discussion about what the newcomer shall be named. Lucy is the most popular name just at present. Mrs. Mugnio is 37 years old and was married at 13. The family occupies a six-room cottage owned by the father. He is an automobile painter.
