It brings the CITY REVENUE and no one stands outside and smokes anything.
What about the proximity to IS 73? Or is that not an issue as the school entrance is around the corner and not on Grand Avenue?
The bus stops right in front of it where most of the kids from 73 wait to go home

Four recent events remind us of that and their tools for manipulation of the voter- the Marxist BLM protests as a fake civil rights movement, the mismanagement of the Wuhan pandemic (and the deaths and misery that caused), their destructive Woke Race and Gender program andClimate Change policy. All which remind us- common sense no longer exists.
