Meanwhile, the church at Caldwell Avenue and 80th Street receives its food supplies the night before its distribution events (photo, left), which often leads to it sitting out all night. It’s bad enough that the crowd causes problems when people line up but does the church itself have to contribute to the rat infestation with its storage procedures?
