When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted.How is this apartment allowed? If the basement is living space it’s supposed to have egress windows. And depending on how many apartments it must have a sprinkler system.
If only the City of Yes would approve of garden sheds to be converted into "Garden Apartments", complete with Porta Potties piped to curbside sewage disposal, NYC's housing crisis could be at long last solved !!! Of course, extension cords could provide electric and tenant funding could be provided by Section 8 housing. Property Taxes will be adjusted accordingly to generate additional revenue so that The City of Yes can provide even more fabulous services that we have come accustomed to ! Simply put, there is no downside to this exciting innovation to improve our lives !!!
