Someone Changed His Party Registration. He Thinks He Knows Why. (Gift Article)

www.nytimes.com

Andrew Hevesi, a lifelong Democrat and New York State assemblyman from Queens, was told his voter registration had been changed without his knowledge. He has a culprit in mind.

Hevesi

Who is he?

It should be that easy to change someone’s registration, this is why we need stricter laws around voting

We LOVE clothing donations MBC Freecycle - The Good Neighbor Closet and help families in the area. Not on any lists though.

The switch and brake station on the CSX tracks behind Villa Erasmo. Our neighborhood never sees any environmental studies or actions to stop this. Meanwhile, the MTA wants to remove the trees that serve as a sight and sound buffer most of the year so they can install a light rail between Brooklyn and Jackson Heights. We need action from Grace Meng, Senator Michael Gianaris, Senator Joe Addabbo, Nydia Velazquez, Assemblymember Steven Raga, Assembly Members Cruz and Hevesi. ... See MoreSee Less

What does the zoning say?

They should take care of train stations that are falling apart all over the city not trying to destroy nice neighborhoods.

Time to sell your house cause it’s coming. Transportation upgrades and new lines are being built all over.

x.com/lynnebp_294/status/2039663336787226727?s=46 NY is finished

They just cant leave MIDDLE Village alone. It started with ED KOCH CALLING US RACIST.

I wrote many of these representatives. I did not get a response from them. Remember this when you go vote this November. They don’t care about us or our homes and neighborhood.

The MTA needs to be sued for failing to protect residents from noise and air pollution, contamination, and environmental hazards.

They cannot build this light rail. Period. That stupid restaurant is causing problems now with loud music late at night. This neighborhood is finished
