They tear up the track at Juniper tooReminder to the NYPD, especially the 104 Precinct: dirt bikes are not street legal, especially when minors are riding them on public streets.

As the weather gets warmer, we’re going to see more of this reckless behavior.

We expect enforcement action, not lectures about safety while illegal dirt bikes continue riding through our neighborhoods.

Our friends in Southeast Queens have organized a bus to Albany to lobby legislators to sign on to S7197/A6955 which is sponsored by Senator Joseph Addabbo.

This legislation aims to ensure that battery energy storage systems are sited with appropriate distance from neighboring properties, are backed by sufficient financial assurances, and are developed with meaningful community input to protect public safety and local interests.

SQREJC has invited JPCA members to ride with them on Monday, May 18. Call to reserve your spot on the bus. Details below.
