Tuesday, January 27th, 2009: Elected officials, hospital workers and concerned community residents descended on City Hall to call attention to the plights of Mary Immaculate Hospital in Jamaica and St. John's Queens Hospital in Elmhurst which are threatened with closure. Councilman Tony Avella coordinated the event. Below is footage of the rally.
