The Community Opportunity to Purchase Act would allow preservation ventures 90 days to make an offer, getting out ahead of real estate speculators, sponsors say.
And who the hell is gonna make sure/police these groups actually give those people housing, that is safe and maintained housing and not their friends and family. And not become even worse slumlords!
Yes this Democrat doesn’t trust this at all. Let alone this seems very wrong and illegal!
This is not kosher
It’s still communism! No one has the right to force private property owners to do this! Keep voting for these communist Democrats😡
I would love to see this line come to life while respecting the wishes of the current residents. Interconnectivity between boroughs makes sense, and there’s large parts of queens and bk that could use better connection to subways and lirr trains
Excellent letter, addressing all of our concerns. A simpler solution for interborough access would be adding a bus line that would follow the same route, except it could make direct connections to all the subway stations
Excellent perspective on the project.
This perfectly addresses so many major concerns our community has regarding this botched idea of the project!
