When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted.This is what City of Yes will encourage. Unregulated spaces and hideous rents!
How is this apartment allowed? If the basement is living space it’s supposed to have egress windows. And depending on how many apartments it must have a sprinkler system.
