The New York City Department of Sanitation announced that in observance of Memorial Day, there will be NO trash, curbside composting nor recycling collection on the holiday, Monday, May 25, 2026.

• Residents who normally receive Monday trash, curbside composting, or recycling collection may place their material at the curb Monday evening for collection beginning Tuesday, May 26. Residents should understand collection delays may occur after holidays. We appreciate patience as we work to collect the backlog of material.
