NYPD found the vehicles from the drag racing incident in Middle Village The NYPD reported today two vehicles were found and moved to the impound lots from the drag racing incident over the weekend. A blue and purple Infiniti but no arrests of alleged perps as of yet. Police say there were around 100 vehicles involved during a car meet that had neighbors flood 911 calls in the vicinity of Elliot Avenue and 69th Street on Saturday night before 2am. The vehicles were found in the neighborhood after extensive search by NYPD's local precinct and more are underway along with arrests to follow. Some of the perps involved have removed their social media profile after coming to know of an arrest is coming. As of today, the NYPD say 8 suspects are on the hunt and 4 vehicles, a blue, white and silver BMW on the lookout from the surveillance videos. The investigation continues.

104 has always short cops - livied there for 30 years and it was the same thing - we are going to get a bunch of rookies and they will all be gone as soon as they can transfer out and we're short again.

The 104 is a cupcake precinct compared to many of the other precincts in the city. They won’t send that many cops there like they would the 32, 28, 33, 34, 75, 67, 115 etc…
104 was, as still is one of the worst pcts in the NYPD…

I’m NOT a supporter of Mamdani, nor was I a fan of Adam’s (in the beginning) HOWEVER, the quality of life downturn STARTED with Deblasio. With his defunding of the NYPD and him suspending QOL laws in our borough’s. It started then, and now we’re really seeing the product of those policies. It takes YEARS to see the product of their (politicians) actions. And at no point in the last 5-6 years not 1 councilmen/woman has been able to change any of this, due to Albany being corrupt ASF, rigged elections to keep these far left progressive ppl in office to keep us in this cycle.

You know this is only talking about precincts that have been white neighborhoods so that's easy pickings for them to shake down people that are driving their cars because they don't have any other choice and no place to park so that's because the police department is a predator agency but it comes to going after the real animals they're nowhere to be found

104 for decades has been understaffed for covering to large an area. I feel for those on foot in the heart of the muck. The administration is pandering to the criminals and kicking the crap out of the middle class. Disgusting! The cops pull over the older set because there’s no push back…but these savages who are promoting the chaos they look the other way…no support from the higher up is just proof of poor leadership.
