Learn about the project, hear the latest project updates, ask questions, and share your priorities for stations and train design, and your experience using transit. The switch and brake station on the CSX tracks behind Villa Erasmo. Our neighborhood never sees any environmental studies or actions to stop this. Meanwhile, the MTA wants to remove the trees that serve as a sight and sound buffer most of the year so they can install a light rail between Brooklyn and Jackson Heights.
