Signs along this chain link fence on the Queens Midtown Expressway near 69th Street say, “Private Property. No Parking. Violators will be towed away at owner’s expense.” The only problem with this is that it is not private property and is a sidewalk. A business here has also used this area for a storage container in the past. Vehicles have been seen exiting this plaza onto 69th Street as well as the service road. This situation has been passed on to the NYPD and DOT and is being addressed.
