With sadness, we mourn the recent loss of Retired NYPD Detective Keith Casey who was, until his retirement, the community “Graffiti Buster”. All those who knew him regarded Keith as a dedicated cop and a terrific person. Eleven years ago, in September 1992, Keith was featured on the cover of the Juniper Berry.
