The CVS drug store at Metropolitan Ave and Fresh Pond Road frequently has eyesores in its parking area. Installed at the entrance is a height bar prohibiting trucks that are too tall. However, it seems that trucks are making their way into the lot and taking the bar down. The entrance stays in this condition for weeks until management takes it upon itself to repair the damage. Then the cycle happens all over again. We aren’t sure why there is a height bar there in the first place. The lot also tends to grow tall weeds, and the parking stops in each space are disintegrating. We’ve made several calls to their corporate HQ to get these matters resolved, the fixes seem simple enough and we are always promised that they take consumer complaints seriously, so why doesn’t this company get its act together?
