The Juniper Park Civic Association is proud to announce that Lorraine Sciulli, Vice President and Assistant Editor of the Juniper Berry, has received the the New York State Assembly Citation as a Woman of Distinction. The Citation was given to Lorraine by State Assembly Member Marge Markey.

This Citation itself sums up the recognition of Lorraine’s tremendous effort for her community:

“For over 25 years Lorraine Sciulli has dedicated her time and energies to improving the lives of the residents of Middle Village. She has consistently and unselfishly given of herself to the people of her community. Lorraine’s exceptional achievement in improving the quality of life in her neighborhood is what makes her such an extraordinary woman.”
