CALDWELL AVENUE (CSX Railroad Bridge area between 75th Street and 76th Street) In the 1988 photo, this part of our neighborhood was still called Elmhurst. The bridge area was a neglected section witnessed by flooding, weeds and debris. The Juniper Park Civic Association working with the Department of Transportation got curbs installed, trees planted and the sewers fixed on the bridge.
