City Council Member Phil Wong and City Council Speaker Julie Menin have offered to mediate negotiations between All Faiths Cemetery and the Juniper Park Civic Association regarding the storage and rebuilding of St. Saviour’s Church on the cemetery’s property. JPCA rescued the church from a mechanical demolition in 2008. The cemetery had offered to host the rebuilt structure at that time but it never got off the ground. The trailers have been stored on the site since 2017. JPCA looks forward to the discussion in hopes that this important piece of our history will be rebuilt and used for the benefit of the community for generations to come.
