The blacktop area at Juniper Valley Park has been redesigned once more and we are told this is the
final version. The softball field has been eliminated. A super large rain garden will serve as a buffer between the main space and the upgraded handball courts. Two basketball courts are in the northeast corner of the blacktop and three pickleball courts with removable nets are in the southeast corner. The rest of the space is dedicated to a painted track and games. This allows the area to be used for concerts and other events. We understand that the electricity will be upgraded as well, so that the portable stage can be connected, eliminating the need for generators.
