The Department of Transportation has completed a study and has determined that a traffic signal is warranted on the corner of Eliot Avenue at 72nd Street. DOT Commissioner Maura McCarthy informed Community Board 5 that the traffic signal work is tentatively scheduled to be completed by January 31, 2013.
