Overnight October 15 into 16, a large disorderly group disturbed our quality of life by playing unbearably loud music. With help from the council member’s office, the 104th and 108th Precincts eventually located the source of the noise and shut it down. Three individuals were arrested for assaulting responding officers who were just doing their jobs. We need a citywide response to these lawbreakers who have no respect for their neighbors.
