Parkgoers at Frank Principe Park have been dealing with a lack of functional park lights for months. The situation went from bad to worse when Daylight Savings Time ended at the beginning of November and kids found themselves playing soccer in the dark at 5pm. This caused parents to illuminate the fields with their vehicle headlights. A work order has been generated to repair the lights. Hopefully it’s addressed sooner rather than later as this is a dangerous situation for several reasons.
