Another problem presented over a year ago which still persists is the Mr. Softee ice-cream truck and the poor choices the driver makes when he stops to sell his goods. We all can understand that there are certain locations around Juniper Valley Park where people congregate and these spots are the ideal places to pull over and service the customers. Many times, there is plenty of room for him to park along the curb and not interfere with traffic. He even double-parks on Lutheran Avenue in a spot with a blind curve. Mr. Softee needs to park legally and stop forcing drivers to swerve around the truck into on-coming traffic.
