The NYC Department of Transportation paved Caldwell Avenue last fall from 74th to 80th Streets. As usual DOT left something behind. Detour barrels and a barrier were left on 75th Street for at least 4 months. The debris group picked up some greenery in early January in the form of a Christmas Tree. Add a little snow and you really have a mess. This was reported to 311 over a month ago. We got a message that DOT is looking into it.
