With a brawl, 3 stabbings, and a vehicular assault since late December, a parking lot off Maurice Ave has become a magnet for violence and a very familiar destination for the NYPD. On weekend late nights, a club called “Live at the Maspeth Pizza House” attracts a crowd with a documented history of causing trouble. As this is becoming a regular occurrence, it’s time for CB5, our elected officials and the State Liquor Authority to take action and hold the licensees accountable.
