Mayor de Blasio has announced that a special election for the office of Queens Borough President will take place on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. The previous Queens Borough President, Melinda Katz, was elected to the role of District Attorney and left the BP's office on December 31. As the contest is a special election, there will be no traditional party lines on the ballot and ALL registered voters may participate.

Former Council Member Elizabeth Crowley
National Latino Officers Association Chairman Anthony Miranda
Former Assistant District Attorney James Quinn
Council Member Donovan Richards
Community Activist Dao Yin
The next JPCA meeting will include a candidate forum.
