A homeless woman was arrested in Maspeth on Monday night for allegedly setting three fires at three locations in the neighborhood just south of the LongJust like taxes. Bad City Management=increased taxes on the working class
I blame the City of New York directly for this and they should be held liable and accountable. How should we sue them?

The 104 Precinct would like to update you on an incident that took place within our confines.
Yesterday, April 13, 2026, at approximately 9:15 pm, Officers responded to reports of a fire in the vicinity of 61st Street and Flushing Avenue. While on scene, numerous other calls came in for fire and damage to three storefronts along the Grand Avenue corridor between 64th Street and Queens Midtown Expressway.
The perpetrator was identified and arrested on scene.

An overdose death happened a couple of weeks ago at the Knockdown Center, but that isn't stopping the Mayor from giving a speech there today at 6:15.

The news( Ch4?) said intro'd the piece with it being about the "first city-owned food store in NYC", but then I didn't hear anything actually said about it. Did I miss it?
Let's not blame an event space for the decisions that people make in life. The knockdown center didn't force the person to do drugs, the person made that choice all on their own.
A few more deaths, then maybe something will be done
