On October 30, NYC Parks presented a redrawn plan for the Juniper Valley Park blacktop to Community Board 5. Earlier this year, they produced a plan that eliminated softball and the area we use for our concerts and other community events. That has been added back in, but attendees and Council Member Holden felt that more tweaks still need to be made. Parks agreed to continue to work on the plan and will return to CB5 for further discussion.
