Those vertical flags used to advertise businesses that we see on our commercial strips, along with A-frame signs, are illegal. You can neither block nor have something that hangs over a sidewalk. You risk a fine by the Department of Sanitation.

When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted.Unfortunately once again we are sold out by the politicians. Time to leave.
