If your car does not fit in your driveway, you cannot allow it to block the sidewalk. Pedestrians have a right to travel safely without making a detour into the street in order to get around vehicles. If you own a garage, stop utilizing it for storage and park your car in it. If you have a yard or driveway, use it. You also may not store a commercial vehicle outside of a garage on residentially zoned property or on a residential street overnight.
