These homes built on the same block as the above eyesore also ran into construction problems and the result has not been good. Apparently the builders were improperly using a zoning loop hole called, Infill, to build larger homes. They were ordered to correct the situation however we are still left with this: bars on the windows (always a bad idea) and refuse improperly stored in front of the houses, adding to the mess.
