In a touching ceremony held August 15th, 73rd Place between 57th Avenue and Queens Midtown Expressway in Maspeth was officially co-named after long time FDNY Paramedic Lieutenant Mario Bastidas who died last year of a 9/11 related illness.
His sacrifice, and that of all 9/11 first responders, will never be forgotten.
