It’s bad enough that the Mr. Softee truck blares that incessant and loud jingle that disturbs the peace. But the noisy invader is at it again, double parking around Juniper Valley Park. Notice that there are plenty of parking spots at the curb.

Is he trying to be more visible or is he just too lazy? Or does he enjoy forcing traffic to cross the yellow line and risk a head-on collision? In any event maybe some double parking summonses issued by the good officers at the 104th Precinct will help him remember to do the right thing.
