Trouble is in most cases, it violates zoning regulations. Multiple cars in driveways can only park in tandem, meaning one behind the other and not side-by-side. And curb cuts cannot be more than 10 feet. Several homeowners have been fined by the Dept of Buildings and have to pay to correct the violations. It’s much smarter to check zoning regulations BEFORE construction.

When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted.Unfortunately once again we are sold out by the politicians. Time to leave.

Can we get more details about this attempted car jacking and shooting at juniper last week? Wasn’t reported anywhere except from the man’s mother on other neighborhood Facebook groups
