The CSX tracks which traverse Middle Village need some attention. There are discarded tires, shopping carts, furniture and kids' toys strewn about and a good amount of standing water, which breeds mosquitoes. The walls of the tunnels, visible from the street, are lined with graffiti as well. They're using our community as a pass through, and are solely responsible for keeping their property clean.
