Maspeth residents fed up with piles of garbage along railroad tracks
Piles of garbage along railroad tracks behind homes in Maspeth have been a problem for more than two decades, residents say. CBS News New York's Elle McLogan reports.
Some of it comes off the garbage trains too.Also besides people being pigs the garbage collection chaos rules causes people to just dump their stuff.
