There is someone posting that Phillies was sold to the MTA and people are believing it. The MTA does not have the authority to purchase property for the IBX until after the Environmental Impact Statement is completed, released, and there are hearings on it. They also don't plan to do anything on the south side of Eliot, the station would be on the north side by the little garden. ACRIS also shows no evidence of a sale. ... See MoreSee Less
