Council Member Holden has arranged to have a police tow truck dedicated to his district based on the volume of complaints by his constituents. “I thank Chief Kim Royster and the NYPD Transportation Bureau for providing this tow truck,” Holden said. “This isn’t a matter of revenue, but a serious matter of safety. We receive constant complaints about illegally parked vehicles blocking driveways, hydrants, and crosswalks and causing prob- lems. This tow truck dedicated to our district will help.”
