Middle Village resident Christopher Picone allegedly pulled a “snowjob” on unsuspecting Long Island social media users. He is charged with two counts of scheme to defraud and grand larceny after reportedly receiving advanced payment from 15 people for snow removal that he had advertised online and then ghosting them without providing any services. Customers complained that when they tried to reach him to find out when he would be cleaning their properties, his phone number was no longer in service.
