With all the money shelter operators get from the city, why can’t the Maspeth Jewish Center afford to have someone shovel snow on their sidewalk? Or how about making a couple of the residents earn their keep and do it? Four days after the snowfall all the foot traffic on Grand finally wore a path through the ice.
