I would first like to commend you and thank you for all the good work you do.

A suggestion: Do something about the more and more residents who put their garbage out way too early – particularly on Sundays! This brings down the neighborhood and can attract rats and skunks. So how about an article in the Juniper Berry – a brilliant publication. Or get the Eagle Scout troop at St. Margaret involved to make residents aware of when to put their trash out. Keep up the good work and thank you!
