The rollout of these Revel and Lime scooters has not been smooth sailing. There have been quite a few deaths and injuries due to them being provided to an inexperienced general riding public. At one point the service was halted for safety concerns but soon was back. These scooters have been seen parked on sidewalks, in tree pits, knocked over, and blocking hydrants. They have become obstacles and eyesores. Considering the number of them lined up, this was likely deliberately done by the company. They want to be accepted by the community but don’t seem to have respect for it. Is it too much to ask for them to find a legal parking space?
