JPCA reported dirty conditions at several rain gardens last October via 311. It took the agency 4 months to acknowledge the sub- missions, and when they finally did so, it was with a non-response. Generally, 311 reports back to the complainant what action, if any, was taken.And yes,the bioswale is still filthy.

When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted.Unfortunately once again we are sold out by the politicians. Time to leave.
