Maspeth, L. I. – William Weissman of New York, while on his way to visit relatives at Corona yesterday, was seized with epileptic fits and had three in succession. He was removed from the car and taken to the Maspeth depot, where his contortions greatly frightened a number of women who were waiting for cars. He was finally removed to the Town Hall at Newtown, where Dr. Dow administered remedies and Weissman regained consciousness. He was too weak to rise after the third fit and remained in the Town Hall recuperating until 4 o’clock, when he went home. His head, he says, was badly injured in an accident some years ago, since which time he has suffered more or less from epilepsy.
