Petey Miceli, currently an 8th grader at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Academy, is a grateful Cancer Survivor! He’s healthy and excited to attend Cathedral Prep in the Fall. He was diagnosed with Leukemia at age 7 in 2011 and battled cancer for over four years. On March 14th he’ll officially be deemed a Survivor!

Now that he is done battling cancer, he would like to give back and help other kids that are fighting cancer. He started this fundraiser to raise money for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation. On March 13th he’ll shave his dad’s (Lt. Pete Miceli) head for the “Brave the Shave” event. The event is being held on March 13th at FDNY E313/L164 quarters and will be televised on the channel 11 news. (Pix11) Please help him reach his goal!
