Council Member Holden has secured $6.8M for the reconstruction of a section of Frank Principe Park. The money will be put toward the children’s play area. On the list of amenities are new play equipment, safety surfacing, pavement, a drainage system, and security lighting. Juniper Valley Park will see a new $3.74M comfort station constructed in the upper playground. Uncle Vito’s Playground in Glendale will also be renovated to the tune of $5.8M.
